CVCompiler is a robot that fixes your resume making you more competitive for employers while machine learning is everywhere now, including recruiting.

The web app, CVCompiler, a new product by Andrew Stetsenko and Alexandra Dosii, with the aid of machine language helps analyze and repair technical resume. The app checks one's resume, pinpointing problems and offering solution as well as where to submit it as it's completely bootstrapped thus working machine algorithm while maintaining a library of common CV fixes. The founders Stetsenko founded Relocate me and Glossary Tech, a Chrome extension that helps users understand tech terms. Using a great deal of natural language processing and keyword taxonomy in that product and, in turn, moved some of that to his CV service.while Dosii worked at a number of marketing firms before settling on CVCompiler designed it for tech professionals because it requires keywords from the world of programming .

“We found that many job applications were being rejected without even an interview, because of the resumes. Apparently, 10 seconds is long enough for a recruiter to eliminate many candidates,” he said. The service is live now and it's expected that the body of information used in the resume, relatively to the best practices in the industry will develop more and improve over time, So why not let a machine-learning robot tell you what you’re doing wrong in constructing your resume? That is, before it substitutes humans completely.
